At Stafford State School, our learning environment reflects our commitment to high-quality education, student wellbeing, and community connection. We provide access to modern, well-maintained facilities that support contemporary teaching and learning, while honouring the values and traditions of our school community.

Our facilities include:

  • Air-conditioned classrooms to support student comfort and focus

  • Well-resourced Library and Resource Centre with flexible learning spaces and access to digital technologies

  • Specialist spaces for Science, Music, and Digital Technologies, including a computer lab and mobile device access across classrooms

  • Collaborative double teaching spaces fitted with interactive displays to support co-teaching and differentiated instruction

  • School Hall for assemblies, performances, and community events

  • Heated Swimming Pool, used for curriculum swimming lessons (Terms 1 and 4) and a Swimming Excellence program

  • Multi-sport courts including basketball and tennis, as well as a large oval for athletics and outdoor learning

  • Three playgrounds designed for a range of age groups and physical development needs

  • Dedicated drop-off and pick-up zone to support safe and efficient transitions

All classrooms also include wet areas and kitchenettes to enable hands-on learning, life skills, and sustainability programs.

We are proud of our facilities and their role in supporting our students to engage, achieve, and thrive — now and into the future.

Also located on site are a range of education and health service providers, including:

  • Metropolitan North School Sport

  • Queensland School Sport

  • Metropolitan North Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services

  • Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services

  • Speech Pathology services

  • Stafford Dental Clinic 

These co-located services provide valuable support to our broader school community and strengthen Stafford State School’s position as a hub for inclusive education and student wellbeing.
